Application Information: when you apply to Sparklehood program through this website, we will ask you to provide the mandatory personal data: Name, Email and LinkedIn profile link, together with additional information concerning your persona (Country/City in which you live, phone number, education background and work experience) and your company (name, business, status of the company). The data collected through the application process can be utilised by us for any purpose related to our service and company.

Event Information: if you participate in our events, such as Demo Day, Informal or Formal Networking Events, Lunch or Dinner etc you will allow us to take recordings and pictures we might use for our marketing material only if relevant for the article content. You can always decide to be excluded from this by connecting with us at . Also, we might share your data, such as name and company information with investors participating in such events and to manage your future participation in other events.

Marketing/Communication: we want you to be as free as possible about the choices you make about data sharing and use for marketing purposes. We only ask for minimal information such as name and contact information we will use to share updates and new content, increase brand awareness and other general marketing purposes. You always have the right to unsubscribe and therefore not receive communication from our side anymore. Moreover, when you subscribe to our newsletter or communicate with us, we may collect the message content.

Recruitment: Sparklehood collects personal data of people we consider potential participants to the program and members of teams part of it. This information might include name, contact information, resume and work experience. The data can be collected through sources such as LinkedIn or can be consensually shared data (to us directly). We use this personal information only for the purpose of recruitment: for growing our team or finding team members and co-founders for the companies enrolled in our program. We may record video of mentoring sessions or interactions with entrepreneurs, domain experts, coaches, other program participants or our employees. Some of these content might be used for training purposes or marketing material.
